
Studies show that it’s generally easier to remember information when it’s set to music. Jamie Jorgensen, who teaches 7th- and 8th-grade math, uses music to help her students learn.
Jamie leads her classes in singing ditties and chanting. She even incorporates dance moves to remember basic formulas in algebra and geometry. Her techniques have boosted her students’ test scores as well as classroom morale.
