Take story time up a notch and let astronauts read to your kids!
Story Time from Space is a new program presented by the non-profit Global Space Education Foundation, in which astronauts read children’s book aloud while on the International Space Station.
Patricia Tribe, the brains behind the project, says “What better role models to engage kids in science and to engage them in reading? You’re not only looking and listening to the books, you’re looking around the International Space Station.”
This summer, treat your kids to Camp Brainiac, BrainStorm’s Science and Art Mini-camp! This one-week academic camp is a fun way for students grade 5 through 8 to further develop math, reading, and writing skills.
