Career and technical education (CTE) prepares students to enter the workforce directly after high school graduation. With college tuition soaring, the ability to get a job straight out of high school is certainly a boon. Still, the majority of CTE students do expect to pursue higher education.

While tech ed can land you a job, college is where you learn long-term strategies to carry with you through life.
