Feeling appreciative is a crucial contributor to contentment and motivation, which in turn are incredible contributors to academic fantabulousness (yes, that’s a real word)*. The recent Thanksgiving holiday gave us all a reason to consider our many blessings, which got me thinking: what does it mean to really appreciate something?
